Shipping and returns

1. Shippings.


The acquired products are delivered to the person and address specified in the order.
By default, invoices are sent to the email address specified by the customer at the time of your registration on our online platform.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will salidad and delivery orders.
The delay in the shipment, does not imply or cancel the order, nor its compensation.
If the request takes longer time than necessary, you will be sent a message to the client, indicating when will the estimated delivery.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages and the customer signs the receipt of delivery. The client must check the condition of the goods to the receptions indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt of delivery.

2. Delivery of services.


For shipments in Spain [not including islands, Ceuta and Melilla territories], the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days if the components are in stock.
Should not be in stock, Iniciativas3D send an email to the customer indicating his unavailability, and alternative components that could be offered in place, so that the client could have his order quickly.
Iniciativas3D not be held responsible for delivery after the order is in the hands of the carrier, but from our position, we try to make all the deadlines are met.
For shipments outside Spain, Iniciativas3D agrees to give you a shipping estimate given by the carrier, while adding time handling.

3. Return Policies


Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased Iniciativas3D within 7 days from the date of receipt.
No need to provide any explanation, any item bought at Iniciativas3D, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further.
In a period of 3-5 days of receipt of the return, Iniciativas3D agree to a refund.
Before making the return, you must notify the email address info@iniciativas3d.com
If the reason for the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in order, Iniciativas3D bear the cost of return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the request is not satisfied, we will reimburse only the amount but not the shipping and return costs.

4. Policy Cancellations


If you cancel the order arrives before the goods the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and the costs of returning the same order.
